Job summary

Tesco Retail is seeking a Shift Lead to supervise store operations, coach colleagues and deliver great customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll lead by example, manage day-to-day queries, and step in during the Manager’s absence, with flexible hours within the availability windows.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at �15.59 per hour, rising to �16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
