Job summary

Tesco stores are seeking a dedicated Shift Lead to guide the team and ensure outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will oversee daily operations, support colleagues, and act as a strong role model for service excellence, with a focus on delivering a positive shopping experience for every customer.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts.
