Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Shift Lead to manage store teams and ensure an outstanding customer experience. You will oversee daily operations across different store areas, act as the go-to person for queries, and model exceptional service while maintaining shop standards.

Role offers flexible shifts with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week and opportunities for additional payments in certain locations. Applicants must be over 18 and ready to lead with integrity.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
