Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Shift Lead to join our store team in the United Kingdom. This role requires leading and mentoring colleagues, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining smooth daily operations.

You’ll work across store areas, support the manager, and help build an inclusive, high-performance team. Hourly pay starts at £15.59 and rises to £16.86 in M25 stores, with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week and options for 12-hour roles in some locations.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
