Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Shift Lead to guide store teams in delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll lead day-to-day operations, coordinate across departments, and be the go-to person for operational questions, ensuring a smooth in-store experience.

You must be 18 or over with prior team-lead or supervisory experience in retail. The role offers an hourly wage, a minimum scheduled hours per week, and opportunities to grow within Tesco’s store network.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at 15.59 per hour, rising to 16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what were looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
