Tesco UK in Salford is seeking a Store Shift Lead to manage daily operations, lead a team and deliver great customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will schedule shifts within the availability windows, supervise colleagues across store processes, and represent the store in the manager's absence, while embracing flexible working and the company’s values.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
