Job summary

Tesco is looking for a Shift Lead to oversee in-store operations, ensuring a high standard of customer service and smooth day-to-day running. You will lead colleagues across store areas, respond to daily queries, and model excellent service on the shop floor.

The role requires strong communication and the ability to drive a positive, inclusive team environment. Pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in M25 stores, with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week and roles from 12 hours

You will need

To be over 18 for this role.

Experience working in a team lead or management position in a fast-paced retail environment.
