Job summary

Tesco Shift Lead role in Swindon involves leading store teams to deliver excellent customer service and smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll coordinate tasks, support colleagues, and drive a welcoming, inclusive store environment that puts customers first.

Roles are scheduled around availability windows with at least three weeks’ notice. Minimum 16 hours per week; some locations offer 12 hours. Competitive hourly pay from £15.59 (£16.86 in M25) with potential location variance.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
