Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Shift Lead to help deliver an exceptional in-store experience. Availability windows cover mornings, afternoons and weekends with a guaranteed minimum of hours. The role focuses on leading the team, coaching colleagues, and ensuring high service standards across the store.

You will build inclusive relationships, model great service, and support flexible working. Applicants must be 18 or over and able to lead by example in a fast-paced retail environment.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts.
