Job summary

Tesco UK is seeking a Shift Lead to supervise store operations and lead daily customer service. You will manage the team across all store areas, act as the main point of contact for day-to-day queries, and coach colleagues to deliver great service.

The role emphasizes flexibility and inclusive leadership within a busy retail environment. Pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in M25 stores, with a guaranteed minimum weekly hours.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
