Job summary

Tesco Shift Lead role across our stores in the United Kingdom offers a welcoming, fast-paced environment where you will lead a diverse team to deliver outstanding customer experiences. You’ll coordinate in-store operations, coach colleagues, and ensure excellent service, with a pathway to grow within our store leadership structure.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, with shifts scheduled within availability windows. The role requires being 18+ and a passion for great store service.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts.
