Job summary

Tesco UK is seeking a Store Shift Lead to drive daily operations and deliver a great customer experience in-store. You will lead colleagues across departments, coordinate shifts within availability windows, and resolve day-to-day queries to keep the store running smoothly.

The role offers a starting hourly pay in the £15.59–£16.86 range with a guaranteed minimum hours per week and flexibility to grow within a large retailer that values inclusion and customer focus.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
