Job summary

Tesco Tesco Shift Lead role based in the United Kingdom involves guiding store teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences. You’ll manage day-to-day store operations, support colleagues, and lead the store when the manager isn’t present. Availability includes evenings and weekends with shifts scheduled in advance and a minimum of 16 hours per week.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.

You will be responsible for

Leading the team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store.

You will need

Experience working in a team lead or management position in a fast-paced retail environment.
