Job summary

Tesco UK is seeking a Shift Lead to help run daily store operations. You’ll lead a small team, assist customers, and ensure great service across departments. This role requires confident leadership in a fast-paced retail environment and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Your hours are scheduled within the published availability window, with a minimum weekly hours guarantee. You’ll coach colleagues, resolve queries, and model excellent service.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
