Job summary

Tesco PLC is hiring a Shift Lead to support store operations across UK locations. You will lead the team to deliver a great customer experience, work across departments and act as the go-to person for day-to-day queries.

You'll coach colleagues, communicate clearly, and step in during the Store Manager's absence. Flexible hours, minimum 16 hours per week, and a range of employee benefits are provided.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.

You will be responsible for

• Leading the team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store.
