Job summary

Tesco PLC in Worcester is seeking a proactive Shift Lead to support store operations and deliver a great customer experience. You will lead the team across shifts, coordinate with colleagues, and role model excellent service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Availability windows are set in advance, with guaranteed minimum hours. Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in M25 stores. Applicants must be 18 or over and flexible to work weekends and holidays.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
