Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Store Shift Lead to guide the team in busy retail environments and ensure great customer experiences in-store. You’ll work with colleagues across all areas, becoming the go-to person for daily queries and fostering an inclusive team culture.

You will lead in the Manager’s absence, coach staff, and make balanced decisions to adapt to change. Applicants must be 18+ with experience in fast-paced retail leadership.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at �15.59 per hour, rising to �16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts.
