Job summary

Tesco is looking for a Shift Lead to drive excellent customer experiences in-store. You will lead a diverse team across departments, ensuring smooth daily operations and a culture of service and inclusion.

As the go-to leader in the absence of the Manager, you will coach colleagues, communicate clearly, and adapt to changing priorities while upholding Tesco’s values and standards.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
