Job summary

Tesco UK is hiring for a Store Colleague to join our team in a store setting. The role focuses on delivering friendly, natural service to customers, stocking and assisting with various store duties, and supporting daily store operations.

Shifts are scheduled within availability windows, with a minimum of 16 hours per week and a requirement to be over 18. This is a part-time, in-store role with opportunities for growth and teamwork.

Tesco Colleague pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
