Job summary

Tesco UK is hiring colleagues for flexible store roles in our locations. You will be providing friendly service, helping customers, and supporting daily store operations including shelf replenishment, checkout, and online order picking.

Roles offer varied shift windows with a guaranteed minimum weekly hours and opportunities to grow within the team. Applicants should be over 18 and able to work in a busy retail environment.

Tesco Colleague pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
