Job summary

Tesco UK is hiring colleagues to join our stores where you’ll deliver friendly, natural service and get to know customers. You’ll be part of an inclusive team with varied duties from shelf replenishment to checkout service and online order picking.

Role offers flexible working and a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week, with some locations offering additional payments. We value teamwork, initiative, and great customer experiences.

Tesco Colleague pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
