Job summary

Tesco UK in the United Kingdom is seeking a Phone Shop Colleague to join our team. You will deliver friendly, natural service, assist customers with mobile products and services, and support with phone setups and tech queries.

• Understanding how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and overall store performance.
• A passion for delivering great service, greeting every customer with a smile, and serving them with pride while helping them find the right mobile products and solutions.
• Ability to build rapport quickly so customers leave feeling confident, supported, and having had a great experience in the Phone Shop.
• Taking initiative to make the right decisions for customers, whether solving a tech query, recommending a product, or supporting with a contract setup.
• A positive, team-focused approach, communicating openly, working well with colleagues across the store, having fun, and celebrating success together.

Tesco Phone Shop Colleague pay starts at £13.70 per hour, rising to £14.97 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 12 hours per week.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
