Job summary

Tesco is hiring a Phone Shop Colleague in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on delivering friendly, natural service to customers in-store, helping customers choose mobile products and services, and completing phone and contract setups.

You will support both the Phone Shop and wider store operations, contributing to great service and strong sales in a team environment. Pay starts at £13.70 per hour, rising to £14.97 in stores within the M25, with a guaranteed minimum of 12 hours per week.

• Providing flexible support across the Phone Shop and wider store, including helping customers choose the right mobile products and services, completing phone and contract setups, and supporting customers with a range of tech queries.
• Making customer focused decisions and completing key store routines.
• Understanding how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and overall store performance.
• A passion for delivering great service, greeting every customer with a smile, and serving them with pride while helping them find the right mobile products and solutions.
• The ability to build rapport quickly so customers leave feeling confident, supported, and having had a great experience in the Phone Shop.
• The initiative to make the right decisions for customers, whether you’re solving a tech query, recommending a product, or supporting with a contract setup.
• A positive, team focused approach, communicating openly, working well with colleagues across the store, having fun, and celebrating success together.

Tesco Phone Shop Colleague pay starts at �13.70 per hour, rising to �14.97 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 12 hours per week.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks� notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
