Our Phone Shop colleague rate of pay starts from £12.87 an hour; this increases to £14.08 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

It’s our policy to offer new colleagues joining Tesco Mobile a minimum of 12 guaranteed hours each week. We will schedule your contracted hours within these times, with 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver excellent customer service, follow opening and closing routines, ensure facilities are functional, and respond to customer feedback.
  • Create a positive impression through professional appearance and readiness to serve.
  • Demonstrate helpful and friendly service behaviors, and enthusiasm for doing what’s right for customers.
  • Ensure legal compliance and demonstrate due diligence in your department.
  • Support your manager in controlling costs, maintaining stock accuracy, and preparing for stock routines.
