About the role

Availability Window

• Tue: 10:00 - 17:00
• Thu: 10:00 - 17:00
• Sat: 15:00 - 19:00

Our Phone Shop colleague rate of pay starts from £12.87 an hour; this increases to £14.08 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

It's our policy to offer new colleagues in Tesco Mobile a minimum of 12 guaranteed hours each week. We will schedule your hours within these times and give you 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. Responsibilities

• Deliver a great shopping experience, follow opening and closing routines, ensure facilities are in good order, and respond to customer feedback.
• Maintain a professional appearance, be ready to serve, and role model high standards of dress and service.
• Follow all legal and safety routines, demonstrate due diligence, and support stock management routines.

• A passion for delivering excellent service with a friendly attitude.
• Motivation to work in a sales and service environment.
