Days and times vary by day. For example:
Mon: 06:00 - 10:00
Tue: 06:00 - 10:00
Fri: 07:00 - 16:00
Sat: 06:00 - 10:00

Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £12.45 per hour. Additional payments may apply depending on location and skills.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week for new colleagues, with options to work fewer hours (minimum 12). We are flexible and open to discussing your availability.

Your availability windows are scheduled in advance, with 3 weeks' notice of shifts. We support flexibility if your available times are close to but not exactly matching the advertised times. Read more.

As a store colleague, you'll help serve customers better every day, meet great people, learn new skills, and be part of a diverse team.

You will be responsible for:

• Knowing and serving customers with passion and pride
• Being knowledgeable about store products and services
• Working across various store areas as needed

• Making customer-focused decisions

• Understanding store performance and contributing to sales and efficiency
• Handling products carefully to maintain quality
