About the role

Pay and Hours

Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £12.45 an hour. For all hours worked between midnight and 6am, you will receive an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

It’s our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours weekly, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We schedule your shifts within the availability windows, with 3 weeks' notice provided.

We support flexibility; if your available times closely match but are not exactly within the advertised windows, we still welcome your application.
