Job summary

Tesco UK is hiring a Store Colleague in the United Kingdom. You will contribute to great in-store service, shelf replenishment, checkout support, online order picking, and occasional delivery assistance. Roles offer variety, teamwork, and opportunities to learn new skills within an inclusive store environment.

Shifts are scheduled within available windows with a minimum of 16 hours per week. Night premiums apply for hours between midnight and 6am.

Tesco Colleague pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in stores within the M25. For all hours worked between midnight and 6am you will receive an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour worked. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
