Tesco Colleague - Burgess Hill Superstore

Availability Window

  • Thu: 17:00 - 20:00
  • Fri: 17:00 - 20:00
  • Sat: 12:00 - 18:00

Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £12.45 an hour; this increases to £13.66 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

It’s our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but if you prefer fewer hours (to a minimum of 12), we have opportunities for this too and would love to hear from you.

The table shows the preferred working hours during the week. We will schedule your contracted hours within these times, with 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. We support flexibility; if your available times match closely but not exactly, we’d still love to hear from you. Click here to read more.

You will be responsible for:

  • Participating in seasonal, community, and charity events.
  • Understanding store performance and contributing to sales, waste reduction, and profit.
  • Handling products carefully to maintain quality.

  • Accepting deliveries into the store when required.
You will need:
