Pay and Hours

Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £12.45 an hour. Additional payments may also apply depending on location and skills.

It’s our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week. If you prefer fewer hours (minimum 12), we have opportunities for this too.

We will schedule your shifts within the specified availability windows, with 3 weeks’ notice of your schedule. We support flexibility; if your available times closely match but do not exactly align with our advertised times, we still encourage you to apply.
