Job summary

Tesco Retail is seeking store colleagues to join our inclusive team. You'll provide friendly service, assist customers, and support various store duties from shelf replenishment to checkout and delivery tasks. We value teamwork and great service every day.

Pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in M25 stores, with a night premium of £2.35 per hour for hours after midnight. Minimum 16 hours weekly guaranteed, with some roles from 12 hours. Apply to grow with Tesco.

Tesco Colleague pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in stores within the M25. For all hours worked between midnight and 6am you will receive an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour worked. Some locations may offer additional payments.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available. Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts.
