Job summary

TESCO UK is looking for a Customer Service Colleague in the United Kingdom. You will provide friendly, helpful service, assist customers, and support store operations across shelf replenishment, checkout, and online order picking.

Tesco Colleague pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in stores within the M25. For all hours worked between midnight and 6am you will receive an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour worked. Some locations may offer additional payments.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available. Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
