Tesco PLC is hiring a Phone Shop Colleague to join our store in the United Kingdom. You will provide friendly, knowledgeable help to customers, assist with mobile products and service plans, and support with phone setups and various tech questions.

Your shifts are scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice. A minimum of 12 hours per week is guaranteed, and the role offers flexible working from day one with a supportive team.

Tesco Phone Shop Colleague pay starts at £13.70 per hour, rising to £14.97 in stores within the M25.Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 12 hours per week.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.

• The ability to build rapport quickly so customers leave feeling confident, supported, and having had a great experience in the Phone Shop.
• The initiative to make the right decisions for customers, whether you're solving a tech query, recommending a product, or supporting with a contract setup.
• A positive, team-focused approach, communicating openly, working well with colleagues across the store, having fun, and celebrating success together.
