Job summary

Tesco PLC in Watford is seeking colleagues to deliver friendly, natural service in our stores. You will help customers, know products, and support store operations across shelf replenishment, checkout, online order picking, and occasional delivery assistance.

Roles offer flexible hours from 12 to 16+ hours per week with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours, holiday entitlement starting at 20 days plus a personal day, rising to 22, and discounts and wellbeing benefits.

Tesco Colleague pay starts at 13.28 per hour, rising to 14.55 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what were looking for.
