As the Territory Sales Manager for the Public Access division, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager for the UK & Ireland, your key responsibilities include developing and maintaining business with existing and new customers within your territory, aligning with regional guidelines, and exceeding financial and non-financial targets through direct and third-party channels.

The Public Access business offers lifesaving products and Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) of high quality and innovation, contributing to making communities and workplaces heart-safe.

Key Activities & Accountabilities
  1. Maintain and grow business within your territory, achieving targets via direct and third-party channels.
  2. Analyze the marketplace, develop sales strategies, and seek management approval.
  3. Maximize sales activities from product presentation to contract negotiation.
  4. Identify and engage key decision-makers and influencers, reporting regularly to the Regional Sales Manager.
  5. Develop existing accounts and establish new ones.
  6. Build strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
  7. Participate in professional congresses and events.
  8. Provide technical support and training to customers, using company resources effectively.
  9. Keep updated on products, technology, markets, and sales tools.

What You Need
  • Proven successful sales experience.
  • Higher Education or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience in indirect channel management is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Medical Device environment and regulations (preferred).
  • Confidence, persistence, patience, and self-motivation.
  • Flexible approach to adapt to changes.
  • Strong teamwork and networking skills.
  • Residency within the territory and a valid UK driver's license.
