We have an exciting opportunity for a Territory Sales Manager to join our company!

This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday).

About us:

As part of the Dee Set group, Tactical Solutions is an energetic team of dedicated and passionate people delivering results and ROI for some of the biggest brands in Fast Moving Consumer Goods.

What will I be doing?

  • Visiting top grocery retailers, focusing on developing strong relationships with key decision-makers to add value to the store.
  • Negotiating with decision-makers to increase distribution, availability, and space for brands to boost sales.
  • Identifying problems, opportunities, and competitor activity in-store as the "eyes and ears" of Tactical Solutions and its clients.
  • Following proven processes to deliver professional, efficient calls in every sales outlet.
  • Recording all information accurately using bespoke tablets and Drive software.
