Job summary

BMS Performance Ltd is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to cover Coventry and surrounding patch in Women’s Health. You will manage an established product range, drive account development and provide clinical education across NHS and private sectors.

This field-based role requires theatre presence, case coverage, and a strong communicator with full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the Midlands region.

Salary: GBP40000 - GBP55000 per annum + 15k OTE, car allowance

The Role

A leading medical device company is looking for a Territory Manager to join its Women’s Health portfolio. You’ll manage a well-established product range, combining account development, clinical education and hands-on support. Candidates will spend time in theatre and should be comfortable providing case cover.

Location

Field based – Midlands, South Wales, Bristol, Somerset & Wiltshire

Candidates can live anywhere on patch and be comfortable travelling.

Requirements

• Medical device sales experience within NHS
• Past Nurse with sales experience ideal
• Confident delivering clinical training and education
• Strong communicator with clinical presentation skills
• Full UK driving licence & happy to travel
