Job summary

GAP Hire Solutions in Scotland seeks an Area Sales professional to own and grow your territory by building strong customer relationships, driving revenue, and cross-selling across 10 specialist divisions. You will meet clients face-to-face on-site and at regional depots, supported by a broad internal team.

You will collaborate with Major Account Directors to maximise opportunities and represent GAP at trade days and industry events, with clear targets and significant commission potential.

Qualifications

• Proven area sales experience, ideally in construction or hire.
• Track record of smashing targets and delivering revenue growth.
• Confident communicator and savvy problem-solver.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Full UK driving licence (essential).
