Territory Sales Manager / Healthcare / Assistive Technology
Local Authority / Assistive Technology / Occupational Therapists / Technical Sales
Salary: Up to £43k basic salary DOE + uncapped OTE + PRP bonus + car + health cash plan + excellent corporate benefits
Location / Territory: South Central - covering Sussex, Surrey and Hampshire

Opportunity: Are you an experienced Technical Sales person, with demonstrable success in driving new business as well as having the key skills to retain existing business within a growing, successful, market leading organisation? A key member of the Product Sales team, this varied and exciting role is responsible for exceeding new business sales targets, whilst maintaining business within the Sussex, Surrey and Hampshire Territories.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver Sales plan for the region in line with National Sales Manager targets
  • Be the product expert and provide feedback with advice and assistance to OT's, Technical Officers, and contractors
  • Contact, create and complete all targets with key Local Authority, Housing Association or contractors as agreed with the NSM
  • Complete all assessments, including bookings into ERP system and deliver vs target in a professional manner within expected SLAs
  • Complete survey requests via ERP system activities within expected SLAs
  • Package selling of third-party products into domestic properties alongside the company's product offering
  • Deal with after sales issues that may arise either directly through meetings or via phone/emails
  • Ownership and follow up on all quotes created by the NSM
  • Sourcing and identifying new market sectors and growing and maintaining existing market areas
  • Ensure that accurate meeting notes are kept and recorded via HubSpot; relevant information about the marketplace is promptly entered onto the CRM system against the relevant information
  • Demonstrate pro-activeness by using CRM system to record email and telephone inquiries
  • Respond efficiently and promptly to any reasonable line manager's request
  • Report all customer complaints and product/process non-conformities
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Knowledge of disability, its causes and outcomes is advantageous, especially with products designed to promote independence, dignity and quality of life
  • The right attitude, behaviour, eagerness to learn, initiative and integrity are essential
  • Experience in solution-led technology and product-based sales, with strong communication and people skills
