You will work with Field Sales Consultants to shape go-to-market strategies, develop relationships with key decision-makers and deliver measurable growth. This role offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, company car, onboarding and clear progression within a growing sales organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, territory expansion, or new-market growth.
• Confidence engaging new prospects and opening conversations at all levels.

• Independent while collaborating with wider sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-opportunity customers and growth areas.
• Research and target new business opportunities.
• Build early-stage relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
• Open new accounts and create a strong pipeline of future business.
• Work closely with Field Sales Consultants to develop the territory.
• Support territory planning and help define go-to-market strategies.
• Represent the business professionally when engaging new prospects.
• Provide excellent service, including after-sale follow-up.
