Job summary

Acosta Europe is seeking a driven Field Sales Executive to represent Pladis across major retailers in a territory covering Doncaster, Sheffield, and Barnsley. The role offers a £30,217.40 OTE with a base salary and quarterly commission, plus a company car, fuel card, and tech provided.

You'll champion brand visibility, maximise in-store execution, and use insights to boost performance across your patch. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in English and Maths are required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build quick rapport.
• Proactive approach and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidence using 360 and Microsoft Office tools.
• Understanding of retail systems and promotional execution processes.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily store visits to deliver core KPIs.
• Create standout in-store displays and interventions to drive sales.
• Build strong relationships with store colleagues for space and displays.
• Ensure promotions and product launches are executed flawlessly.
• Capture accurate data and report activities through 360.
• Provide feedback on competitor behaviour and market trends.
