Job summary

Service Innovation Group UK Ltd is seeking a proactive Brand Ambassador to manage a UK retail territory, representing Apple and leading brands across multiple store environments. You will ensure flawless in-store execution, build relationships with store teams, and maintain high standards of merchandising with autonomy under guidance from the Area Manager.

Qualifications

• Full, valid UK driving licence required.
• Ability to influence and build rapport.
• Self-motivated with proactive attitude.
• Excellent time management.
• Confident using technology and email systems.
• Professional and smart approach.
• Proficiency with technology and software.
• Desirable: Merchandising experience.
• Desirable: Experience using Apple products.

Responsibilities

• Work independently across a defined territory delivering fortnightly call schedule.
• Build strong relationships with store contacts to support brand standards.
• Ensure products are merchandised in line with planograms.
• Identify and resolve stock issues with store teams.
• Install and maintain point-of-purchase materials.
• Adapt to short-term activity changes and evolving priorities.
• Deliver against client KPIs and agreed objectives.
• Accurately complete reporting via CRM systems.
• Store and manage a small amount of stock and equipment at home.
• Attend national team meetings and field accompaniments.
