Job summary

Warwick Schools Foundation is seeking an organised and proactive Transport Assistant to support the delivery and administration of its school transport services across both Warwick and Leamington campuses. This role requires strong administrative, organisational and customer service skills to help ensure the safe, efficient and compliant operation of the Foundation's transport network.

The post holder reports to the Transport Officer.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative, organisational and customer service skills.
• Ability to support delivery and administration of school transport services.
• Experience handling records and communications related to transport operations.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery and administration of school transport services across Warwick and Leamington campuses.
• Assist with scheduling, communications and parent/staff liaison.
• Help ensure safety, efficiency and compliance of the transport network.
• Maintain transport records and assist with reporting as required.
