Job summary

Phoenix Learning & Care Group is seeking a Speech and Language Therapist to support pupils across our education settings. The role covers two sites: 3 days at Petherton Park School and 2 days at Oakwood College, Yate. The post is permanent and term-time only, with a focus on meaningful, collaborative care.

You will work with pupils with learning disabilities and autism, delivering 1:1 therapy, small group work, and in-class support, while advancing your professional development.

Qualifications

• Degree in Speech and Language Therapy required.
• HCPC Registration and RCSLT membership preferred.
• Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) expected.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to two sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy to pupils with learning disabilities and/or autism.
• Deliver 1:1 therapy, small group interventions and in-class support.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and contribute to training of team members.
