You will help keep the school site safe, secure, clean, and well-presented for pupils and staff. You will open and close the site, supervise contractors, support deliveries, and assist with health and safety checks.

Qualifications

• Caretaking or facilities experience is desirable.
• Basic DIY and maintenance skills are required.
• Good understanding of health and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the school site.
• Carry out routine maintenance and minor repairs.
• Ensure security of buildings and grounds.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Report and escalate maintenance issues.
• Assist with emergency procedures and site inspections.
