Job summary

Shire Services is seeking a Senior Catering Manager to oversee a cluster of seven schools in the Birmingham area. The role focuses on food preparation, stock management, and managing the kitchen team, with emphasis on food presentation and service setup.

Additional duties include compliance and allergen management. The position runs Monday to Friday from 8am to 2pm, term-time only plus three extra cleaning days, totaling approximately 30 hours across 44.98 weeks per year.
