Job summary

The Sigma Trust is seeking a dedicated education support professional for a 32.5-hour, term-time role at The Thomas Lord Audley School in Colchester. You will supervise pupils and model positive conduct in a supportive setting.

Ideal candidates will hold GCSEs in English and Maths and understand school policies on safeguarding, inclusion, and pupil welfare, while building constructive relationships with students and staff.

Qualifications

• GCSE Grade A to C or equivalent in English and Maths.
• Awareness of and working with the School's policies in relation to inclusion, safeguarding and physical contact with students.
• Ability to negotiate effectively with adults and children.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pupils engaged in learning activities.
