Job summary

The Thomas Lord Audley School, part of The Sigma Trust, is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to help maintain positive relationships and support pupils to reach their full potential.

The role is 32.5 hours per week across 39 weeks per year, term-time plus non-pupil days, with a competitive salary and robust benefits.

You will supervise pupils in learning activities, model high standards of conduct, and promote inclusion while supporting safeguarding and well-being across the school.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at grade A–C or equivalent.

• Supervise pupils engaged in learning activities

• Act as a role model and set high expectations of conduct and behaviour

• Promote the inclusion and acceptance of all pupils within the classroom

What We're Looking For:

You are the perfect fit for our team if you have:

• GCSE Grade A to C or equivalent in English and Maths

• Being aware of and working with the School’s policies in relation to inclusion, safeguarding and physical contact with students

• Ability to negotiate effectively with adults and children
