Job summary

Broadoak Primary School is seeking a School Operations Manager to join our single Academy Trust as a key member of the team, delivering operational excellence across compliance, health and safety, facilities management and school operations.

You will provide operational leadership across a broad range of business support functions, ensuring systems and policies are effectively delivered and supporting the Headteacher in non-teaching areas.

Qualifications

• Leadership and management experience in health & safety, facilities management, HR, ICT.
• Numerate and ICT literate with knowledge of information systems and databases.
• Professional, self-motivated communicator with line-management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership across non-teaching business functions.
• Ensure compliance, safety, and quality standards are maintained.
• Support Headteacher and staff to deliver school services and improvements.
