Caterlink Ltd is hiring an Assistant Chef at St Thomas of Canterbury RC in Mitcham. The role focuses on preparing and cooking meals to keep high quality and presentation, while maintaining excellent customer service and food safety standards.

The position is 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term-time only (38 weeks per year). You will be involved in planning, briefing kitchen teams on menus, and supporting efficient service for students.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work as part of a team and support site operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, preparing and cooking meals to the required standard.
• Brief kitchen teams on menus and service requirements.
• Ensure all food safety and health and safety procedures are applied at all times.
• Carry out company bookwork as required.
